Called to the B.C., Canada Bar in 1996 and to the Hong Kong Bar in 1997, Evan has represented many successful clients and has over 10 years of practical experience in areas of corporate commercial, real estate, strata property, immigration, litigation and general legal practice. Evan has an honours degree in Commerce (International Business) and in Law from University of British Columbia, and was named the Most Outstanding Commerce Graduate and Wesbrook Scholar by UBC, and M.S. Lin Scholar (Outstanding Young Lawyer Award) by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association. Evan has worked for businesses and law firms in Canada, Hong Kong, China and Japan, produced legal advice programs for radio and legal advice columns for magazines, and also taught legal seminars for the Faculty of Law at Chinese University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China. Evan has substantial experiences assisting clients in real estate, immigration and commercial matters, both inside and outside the courtrooms obtaining the best results for clients in the most cost effective and timely manner.

Evan also has substantial experiences in the field of real estate brokerage and has assisted many clients in structuring complex real estate deals and in achieving their real estate acquisition and sales objectives.

Evan is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and Hong Kong.
